The iPhone Dev Team has released Redsn0w 0.9.8 beta 3 to jailbreak iOS 4.3.4 for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod Touch 4, 3G and iPad 1, but iPad 2 users are out of luck and if they get upgrade to iOS 4.3.4 then their device will lose jailbreak.
