Google has released Google Talk with video chat capability for Android devices including mobile phones and tablets.

New Google Talk app allows Android users to do text chat and video chat at the same between Android to Android or even for Android devices to computers through Google Talk from Gmail.

“Google Talk with video and voice chat will gradually roll out to Nexus S devices in the next few weeks as part of the Android 2.3.4 over-the-air update and will launch on other Android 2.3+ devices in the future.”
