Sony enters into tablet market with the announcement of a pair of Sony Tablets with the code name S1 and S2 which will be available in fall 2011 and run over Android OS 3.0 Honeycomb.


The 9.4-inch S 1 media tablet will be integrated with touch panel UI, front and rear cameras by having a curved wrap design, and Tegra 2 SoC. S1 will also work as a remote for Sony gear.

On the other side S2 tablet is a Book style UI, 5.5-inch dual-screen and integrated with camera and Tegra 2 SoC.

Some other specifications of both of the Sony Tablets are PlayStation Certified, support DLNA, Wi-Fi enabled and work over 3G/4G networks.

At the moment no words are spoken for the prices of Sony Tablet.
