Yahoo Video Call Comes to iPod Touch 4

Yahoo has updated Yahoo Messenger aap which allows users to make video calls on iPod Touch 4. Just few days back Yahoo released an update of Yahoo Messenger for iPhone 4 with the feature of video calls over 3G between iPhone and computer.

    Can somebidy help me why i can make calls it say that i have to sing up for yahoo! Phone out. I dont know how to do it :( can someone tell me
