Some iPhone 4 users filed lawsuit against Apple and AT&T regarding iPhone 4 reception problems which is reported in bulk right after the launch of device on 24 June 2010.

Lawsuit has been filed by Kevin McCaffrey, Linda Wrinn and a number of other iPhone 4 owners with same antenna problem in the US District Court which accuses Apple for the negligence on antenna problem, negligent misrepresentation, iPhone manufacturing and design fault, Intentional misrepresentation and fraud by concealment etc.

Although, iPhone 4 is a highly profiled and fabulous device and Apple sold 1.7 million units in 3 days of launch which is a great success in Apple history but this antenna issue is getting serious by passing every moment. The signal dropping is a normal case with about all smart phones but it is worse with iPhone 4 which is clearly resulted through an antenna problem test conducted on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and Nexus One.

Hundreds of iPhone 4 antenna complaints have been reported and still Apple is speaking nothing to resolve the problem but company is posting jobs for iPhone/iPad antenna engineers to sort out with antenna problem but how they will manage to the existing iPhone 4 owners with antenna problem as no authenticated information available on it.

So, in this situation Apple has to face lawsuits by iPhone 4 owners as another lawsuit on iPhone 4 problems was filed few days back by a law firm KCR.
