A week before Mozilla has released Firefox 3.6 beta 2 and now Firefox 3.6 beta 3 is rolled out whereas the Firefox users were expecting the RC version instead of this new beta release.
According to Mozilla:
“This version is also faster and more responsive than previous versions, and has been optimized to run on small device operating systems such as Windows CE and Maemo.”
Firefox 3.6 beta 3 includes 83 fixes and two new features. You can read the change log of Firefox 3.6 beta 3 here and the new features of Firefox 3.6 beta 3 are as follows:
- Changes to how we allow third party software to integrate with Firefox in order to prevent crashes.
- The ability to run scripts asynchronously to speed up page load times.
Firefox 3.6 beta 3 works for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
