
If you don’t upgrade or install Windows 7 yet then may be you want to know that either my PC hardware is compatible for new Windows operating system or it need to upgrade.
Before running Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor you have to remove all plug in devices like USB, External Hard Disk, Printer, etc. which you regularly use with your computer.
Step-1
Download Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor
Step-2
Double click and Run setup file and follow the setup wizard instructions.
Step-3
Run the installed Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor from shortcut on your desktop or click on Start Menu > All Programs > Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.
Step-4
Click on Start Check button to start PC hardware and software scanning.
This will take some time to check your system compatibility for Windows 7
Step-5
When scanning will finish this displays system compatibility report and make sure there is no any major problem.
As you can see below my system passed the 3 system requirements and in device section one unknown device, but i am running Windows 7 and don’t have any problem. Scroll down to check software report.
