Google has launched Google Internet Stats web site, which allows users to conduct a search via category, just like twitter. Google Internet Stats includes Macro-Economic Trends, Technology, Consumer Trends, Media Consumption and Media Landscape categories, which make ease for user to narrow down the search.

Google Internet Stats grasps the information from different reliable internet resource as Nielsen, Comscore, the Wall Street Journal etc. It  provides the results against a search query in statistical format for example if you search iPhone users then it provides the related results in percentage format. Google Internet Stats is at initial stage so it does not provide a bulk amount of results against a search but no doubt its idea is very interesting and unique to conduct a statistical search.
