Yesterday Apple rejected Google Voice apps and removed all related apps to that service from Apple store. So, after this action of Apple GV Mobile marched towards Cydia and announced that app will be available for Jailbreak iPhone for free.

Either Apple has blocked Google Voice apps on the behalf of AT&T or not. They all are market competitors but the blocked apps are still available for iPhone users, if not from the Apple store they can get it via iPhone Jailbreak which is the alternative way.
