Research In Motion (RIM) is going to offer a Mac OS X version of its BlackBerry Desktop Software by the starting of September 2009. This BlackBerry Desktop Software will help users to sync iTunes playlists, games, installed applications, calendars, contacts, notes, tasks, appointments etc…… between their Mac computers and their BlackBerry smart phones.
This new desktop software will also allow to update BlackBerry firmware, backup & restore, and support to manage multiple BlackBerry phones at the same place. BlackBerry Desktop Software is compatible to Mac OS X 10.5.5 or later versions.
