Microsoft Silverlight 3 announced launch date was July 10 but that is available a day earlier. So, the people who were waiting for Silverlight 3 could download it directly from Microsoft. Silverlight 3 includes many new features, which will be experienced by the developers and people who have interest in the product when they’ll use it. Microsoft Silverlight is the competitor product of Flash.

Microsoft also released Expression Blend 3 + SketchFlow RC test builds. This application is used to design the prototypes of desktop and web applications.
