Google has introduced a new feature in Google Maps search that is the real estate listing search option. Right now, this real estate search option is just available for Australia. When you enter any query on Google.com.au to search a specific area within Australia, Google Maps sort out the results on more refined level and provides the property list of that area also. So, user can easily get further information from those property lists for example rent of a house, price ranges, desired size of houses, etc….
Google is launching this service in Australia with the collaboration of Real Estate Institute of Western Australia and homehound.com.au. According to Google real estate search queries are growing by 35% this year that’s why Google planed to embed this option right inside the Google Maps, which is free for use.
