At WWDC Apple announced the new iPhone 3GS S and iPhone OS 3.0 will be available in June 17th. Right now apple allow developers to download the latest iPhone OS 3.0. Apple named the seeded OS as  iPhone OS 3.0 GM 7A341 where GM stands for Gold Master.

Apple warning “By installing iPhone OS 3.0 GM Seed on Authorized Test Devices, these will be “locked” into testing mode and cannot be restored. You Must know that before installing the software.”
