Go download and test Windows 7 Pre-Beta that was revealed at PDC 2008. It comes with new interface, features and enhanced functions. The only feature that won’t find in this Pre-Beta release is superbar (taskbar) aka Aero Shake.
Actually Windows 7 Pre-Beta doesn’t lack this superbar rather it’s just disabled and can be enabled with a little trick. However you may face problems while using that Aero peek and jumplists because it’s still not fully stable and that’s the reason why Microsoft disabled this feature in Pre-Beta release.
If you are still curious to know the trick; here you go:
Go download one of these
Copy the downloaded file to your Windows directory.
You must be logged in as administrator and execute the following commands in Command Prompt (Run >> cmd):
- takeown /f %windir%\explorer.exe
- cacls %windir%\explorer.exe /E /G MyUserName:F (replacing MyUserName with your username)
- taskkill /im explorer.exe /f
- cd %windir%
- start unlockProtectedFeatures.exe
you can re-launch the shell by clicking the Launch button after changing the protected feature lock state.

Voila!
You have unlocked Windows 7 Aero Shake. Have Fun!
