Skype, a Popular VoIP application has released its Beta 4.0. The new Skype 4.0 Beta comes up with some major enhancements to video functionality. Skype President calls this new version the biggest release in the history of Skype.

Video chat in full screen mode feature is introduced in new Skype 4.0 Beta. Some of the other features includes importing contacts from different services like Hotmail, Yahoo, Outlook and outlook express. For voice call, the application can handle up to 25 participants on the same call but for video it’s still limited to on-to-one video chat.
