New google interface on iphone

Last January, when the Google launched its new interface for iPhone at Macworld in San Francisco, many people asked Google when a localized version of this new interface would be available in their countries. Now they have got the answer to their question when Google announced the availability of new integrated Google experience for iPod Touch and iPhone in 33 new markets having 16 new languages support, ranging from Argentina to New Zealand, from Swedish to Chinese.

Explaining the new integrated Google experience on iPhone, Google Mobile blog says that Google on the iPhone is a great way to access your most used Google services. Some of its benefits include:

  • Fast and fluid search with one-tap access to News, image, local, or web results and search query suggestions when you start typing
  • Automatic delivery of Gmail messages (no need to refresh your browser!), and auto-completion of email addresses when typing
  • A combined month-and-current-day view of your always-in-sync Google Calendar, and the ability to share pictures with friends and family using Picasa Web Albums

Along with the announcement of new Google interface for iPhone, Google also launched its Google news for iPhone and associated YouTube contents. To access Google news interface and news edition just point your Safari browser from your iPhone or iPod Touch to Google Home Page.

Browse the front page or search for results straight from the home page. Enjoy the full catalog of Google News sources and even watch associated YouTube content.
