It seems as Asif Ali Zardari should have been in Hockey team ( as center forward ) not as President of Pakistan. His skills of dribbling and dodging can be used in National Hockey Team or at least he should be appointed as National Hockey Team’s coach. Under his coaching Pakistani Hockey team will become an inevitable team in the world. I am (rest of the world also) stunned by his GREAT GREAT GREAT skills. His skills shows he had been hijacking Mrs Banazir Bhutto for her whole life and did not let her able to open her mouth to say anything.
A GREAT SALUTE to GREAT People-Justice Khawaja Shareef and Justice Saquib Nasar who gave a big SLAP on the face of Satans, from all Pakistani and overseas Pakistanis. They rejected conspiracy against judiciary. Judiciary Zinda Bad!
It is must that President is to abide by the “Mashawrat” with Chief Justice for judges’ appointment, then President can deliver his Presidential Order. Many Law educated people (anti judiciary People) are twisting things by misleading people by wrongly defining word ‘Mashawart’. They said, ‘Cheif Justice sent summry to President though he sent back to Chief Justice by denying his recommendations. That way, process of “Masharat” was completed, so President did take legally right step by issuing his own Order. They claim, Mashawart means just to take ‘Mashwara’ not necessary to follow that ‘Mashwara’.
First thing, in legal frame ‘Mashawrat’ doesn’t mean ‘Salah o Mashwara’. In terminology, Mashawrat means RECOMMENDATIONS or up to some extent ADVICE. These meanings gives emphatic sense instead of tentative meanings as in literary meaning of ‘Mashawrat’. Thus President of Pakistan must go with the Chief Justice of Pakistan’s Recommendations or Advices. However, if we take literary meaning of Mashawrat also, it means both parties who are committing Mashawrat must stand at one common agreed point. While President was not agree with advices of Chief Justice and vice versa. So, Mashawrat was not done, thus President’s action was totally UNLAWFUL.
Government had to reinstate the dissolved judiciary but not accepted by heart. They are struggling to make it crippling organ of state.
Bravo Judiciary! Great job! YOU ARE THE ONLY HOPE.
Request to people and civil society to give a big hand to judiciary to make it really stronger.
