In today when country is resolved in water problem. off the previous days when 50% country was facing in dryness. Every farmer wants more and more water but their wishes trapped due to deficiency of water resources.Today when country particularly a saraiki(southern Punjab) area faced the hard ray of water which encounter the large areas of fruitful land.many lives were waste,and most who victims are thinking to live but their senses are not believe that they still aliveM? Many organizations launched the program to raising funds .mostely organizations have not registered criteria. that’s why the funds were corrupted before reaching of destination.
I SUGESST TO ALL PERSONS WHO WANT TO INTERESTED TO BE HELPED THE VICTIMS OF FLOOD .TO CARRY THE BASIC NECESSITIES OF LIFE AND DISTRIBUTE THE AT THE SPOT .IN THIS MANNER THE HELPER REALIZE THE ACTUAL HAPPINESS.
PUNJAB PROVINCE IS UNCOMPLETED WHEN THE AREAS OF SOUTHERN PUNJAB IS IGNORED.

Dear all, AOA,
1. Pakistan is undergoing the most cruial era of its existance. Its time that we all and our selected lot combine arms together and face the challenge boldly. Lets not get into the nonsense of “Sectarianism”, also we must avoid point scoring games. The leaders should take the responsibility come forward with open hands and greet the people as “Ansars” did with migratis more than 1400 years ago. Pledge for donation can be sought by sitting in the country. Its obvious that leaders cannot rescue the effectees alone but their presence at efected areas /Refugee Camps, can boost the morale of misery striken people to stand tall in this time of crisis.
2. We have an example of Chinese Prime Minister, few days ago one small village in China was devastated by mud slide, The Chinese Prime Minister wasted no time, reached the effected place and monitor the rescue efforts. Nows thats what is expected from a leader.
3. May Almighty Allah help us recover from this desaster successfully and give us wisdom to avoid such catostrophy in future.

The explosion in Lahore at DATA DARBAR (RA) is not from any other but from only and only by Wahabies Kafirs. In Punjab, They are backed by SHARIF brothers under the supervision of Rana Sanaullah. The wahabies are strongly backed by Saudi Arabia in all means and the Saudies desires Pakistan as another Wahabi state to secure thier future.The same they did in past in Madina.

I am and our areas public request from the Dawn news channel be give our areas main problem is drinking water our areas RKV pumping station is closed since last 4 years no drop of water supplying from this pumping station no electric connection no staff of water board like desert area of Thar. We are living in oppostie of Jinnah Terminal Airport Karachi about 1.3 km away from Jinnah terminal airport our pumping station is established in 1973 but no drinking water since last 4 years and many bsic needs

In todays foreighn envoirnment of Pakistan,when afghan president visits the Pakistan. he meets the prime owner of pakistan admires the peace policies of pakistan and said that we does’nt want the proxy war to pakistan. If afghan government says above kind of statement without the involving of diplomacy then he will achieve the progress of their countery otherwise all progress of afghanistan will be converted into flaws of karzai’s government.

In recent by poll election held at rawalpindi when two political compatitors name as (sheikh Rashee),and (shakeel) the compatitor of sheikh. after issued the result of election shakeel was won the election.THE suituation was sirend when seikh rasheed loses the battle of election.
but the shekh’s party not stisfies the declearation of election result and said wrong movements were involved.

In punjab when federal government and provincial government have collapes and resultantly transforms the exagrrational statements.such type of statements are decline the moraal of democracy.the security of presidency is the issue,then this type of issue is created by their representative. the provincial government is not responssible for such type of strategy,because the security strategy is so up grade as the recquirements of the vip personality of Pakistan.so, the federal government cannot blaime the provincial government in security purppose.now the federal government should take advance of their mind and provide the relief to provincial government.the Members of punjab assembly of PPP mantain their status in the assembly session.they cannot trying their best to create the hurdle during the session of prvincial assembly.they follow the rules an regulations as required to the assesmly.PPP ceteral representative in punjab and PML(N) representative control their negative altitudes and unconventional cross commentary…………………………………………..

today when pakistani governing party faces the large numbers of coalitions.a large numbers survive in the curruptional envoirment.some are expected to be dismissed on their governing status.the conspirancy at high altitude, when some persons nominated as the representative of awards.such type of movements broke and stop the ways of goodness and decline the status of government.the graphical status of government is decline day by day.this time the government should think about the moraal of the PPP and also thinking the nomination of award ceremony.PPP have chance to sit the governing body of pakistan,so they should avail such chance for saving their future.those persons who are involve the NRO, have should trying to face their cases and proof that they are transparant and able to,the status of Government.these acts provide the transparent ways of governing party.

i am the regular reader and also watch the dawn news .its political scenarios and its political issues are very sharp and every aspects of visibility.
today pakistani democratical set up faces the large number of dificulties. the solution is on hand to the democratical commonder.first of all the democratical commander should pass the resolution on assambly.some amendments should be need to the police order.the local government should have the major authority to control the police.elect the magistrates and support the beaurocatical set up . the transparancy of elective parlimentary members also important .such kinds of action will provide the neat and clean ways .the centralized set up important for the sake of the countery.however all taking actions should implemented without the support uniformal personalities. the parliment function is matuare when its countery critical decessions solved without involving the army.above solutions resultantly conclude the centlized governmental set up of pakistan.

FIVE REGIONAL CITIES OF PAKISTAN should be upgraded with in the provinces in the country. Regional cities of Dera Ismail Khan in NWFP, Gawadar/ Qalat in Balouchistan, Sukkar/ Larkana in Upper Sind, Jehlam/ Rawalpindi and Multan in Punjab province. These regional cities have been ignored by the federal and provincial governments although these cities have their own history, culture and languages.Dera Ismail Khan in south of Pakhtun khwa/MWFP is under seige, Multan/DG Khan in south of Punjab is next target of religious extremists,Sukkar/ Larkana is being rule by criminals, Gawadar/ Qalat is trouble some. The people of these regions have to travel to provincial capitals for every small issue and requirement of the daily life which should be provided in nearby cities. A good number of population travel to big cities for their survival to earn livelihood as the local feudal own majority land and keep the common man as their slaves. Creation of regional government and upgrading of the regional cities will save a lot of money and time of the poor people of these regions. Circuit benches of the High Courts are already working in these areas and only requirement is the additional staff of different departments involved in additional work at the provincial capitals. The concern authorities should immediately consider to upgrade the regional cities. And immediate attention should be given upgrade/build the airports,TV station, civic center, libraries,hospitals, educational institutes and investment opportunities for Pakistanis living abroad and foreign firms to create jobs in the area as majority population in rural Pakistan do not have enough resources to survive. It’s remind me the condition of pre Islamic revolution of Iran in Shah time when the rural Iran was ignored and the capital Tehran was developed in a way to call it Paris of Middle East with modern life style. Couple of other big cities like Isfahan and Caspian sea was taken care of because of foreign tourists but rural area was ruled by cruel police and intelligence. Then what happen rural population supported the Islamic revolution and moved to Tehran and other big cities later on. The new government after revolution developed, built and upgraded the rural areas of Iran accordingly. A fund to upgrade/build these regional cities in Pakistan should be intoduced by public and private sector and Pakistani government, our foreign friends and Pakistanis living abroad may be asked to participate in this development mission in the country..KHWAJA AFTAB ALI,( former secretary, Iranian embassy, Saudi Arabia,1979-88) Advocate High Court & I.P.
